Nicole Lauria Consulting was founded in August 2024 through Nicole M. Lauria’s determination to bring her decades of corporate training and development experience to companies looking to provide exceptional service and transformational change within their organizations. Nicole has 25 years of experience working for the Walt Disney Company, where she spent the majority of her time in training and development. As a Senior Account Manager at the Disney Institute, Nicole facilitated professional development, training, and advisory programs for businesses across the nation in a wide range of industries, from healthcare to finance. Her passion for changing workplace cultures drives our business management consulting services. Her diverse work experience allows her to assess and integrate inclusive programs and training that help mold your company’s next generation of leaders.
